We have some exciting news to share today! Nationwide has chosen TrueMotion to enhance its SmartRide® Mobile App by collecting critical data about distracted driving. The data will be used for research and development purposes, such as determining whether distracted driving is predictive of future loss. Nationwide may be able to use this data to better evaluate and modify its risk profile, and provide members with a new level of awareness about how to become a safer driver.
Nationwide is the latest top insurer to partner with TrueMotion in the U.S. We’ve also partnered with Progressive, American Family, MetLife, Safety, and Travelers. They’re all under multi-year agreements and in production today.
